Went to the Kansas State Fair and someone at a booth for this product talked my teen into a demo telling them it was not a heat product and totally fried the ends of their hair. Do not use these straighteners/curlers while believing their baloney that it’s not a heat product.

Fantastic! Not only the product, but the people! I purchased one at a show they were at and I spent a few hours trying to figure it out. I reached out to their Instagram for help because I spent all that money on a great product, I really wanted it to work! They answered me right away and talked with me on a Saturday to help me figure it out. I ended up going back to where they were at and Bella was amazing!!
