Our renewal application is long overdue because the skeleton crew can't manage to find a real manager. The maintenance crew does not respond to our documented requests. They hired a third party carpet cleaner to clean our ducts and he dragged his hoses throughout our unit, rudely flushed us out by storming around and after three hours, we came home to find he'd only opened one vent. My move-in experience has been very disappointing. I was assured that everything would be fixed and ready before I moved in, and unfortunately that was not the case. There are still things in my apartment that need attention, and my washer and dryer are not even in my unit. What makes it worse is the lack of communication. accurate reviews as the inside of these apartments were rather disappointing old and poorly maintained. seems like a lot of cheap upgrades with no care taken in the hallways outside absolutely filthy. Poorly maintained low quality cheap apartments. What turned me away significantly was the laughable $50 per month for a washing machine. That's pathetic.

I do not recommend living here at all this place is absolutely garbage. They barely have staff and they are incapable of fixing things they give a date they will come and do not show up it’s absolutely ridiculous.
