I would not recommend living at this apartment complex based on my experience!! I dealt with ongoing, serious issues involving my neighbor for months. I repeatedly contacted the leasing office by phone and email, provided videos as evidence, and was repeatedly told they would address the situation. Despite their promises, nothing was ever done. I wanted to take the time to recognize Michael, the maintenance technician at Belleair Place Apartments. 👏🏽⭐ Since moving into Building 1 in February, my family and I have had several maintenance concerns. Honestly. Would never recommend this place to even a poor person. AC didn’t work 7 separate times in less than a year and they said a concession wasnt appropriate. Had a new roof installed and it wasn’t tarped and woke up to water and a soaked couch. Roofers don’t clean up screws/nails. Every freakin person smokes weed and literal trash running around. Can never get ahold of the office and they have AI answer the phone. They go by 60% of the AMI on how much to increase your rent. There is no fair housing. We have to have the... read more
