Honestly. Would never recommend this place to even a poor person. AC didn’t work 7 separate times in less than a year and they said a concession wasnt appropriate. Had a new roof installed and it wasn’t tarped and woke up to water and a soaked couch. Roofers don’t clean up screws/nails. Every freakin person smokes weed and literal trash running around. Can never get ahold of the office and they have AI answer the phone. They go by 60% of the AMI on how much to increase your rent. There is no fair housing. We have to have the... read more

As a family with a three-month-old baby, feeling safe and comfortable in our home is extremely important to us. I want to give a big thank you to the maintenance team here the manager of maintenance awesome . They always do a great job around the property and are very kind and professional. Micheal does a wonderful job and Jose (I believe that’s his name) has been especially helpful It’s nice to see people who truly care about keeping the property looking good and helping residents when needed. Great team and great service!
