Reply to the owner To be clear, I booked based on what your staff told me over the phone, not the menu. I trusted the verbal description of the ‘deluxe’ service. What I received was rushed, incomplete, and not what was communicated. Your reply doesn’t address any of that. Instead, it shifts blame onto the customer and uses an unnecessary analogy to Starbucks. Dip nails are so bumpy!
I wasn't going to write a review, however I emailed the email posted on their website under the satisfaction guaranteed and have not received a response . After my appointment, I was very upset with my nails- they were bumpy and lots of indents - the front staff noticed i was upset and offered to fix it, I refused as I had a long day. The next morning , not even 24 hours after, all of my nails chipped, they were the dazzle nail polish with 4 days guaranteed. They did not trim my cuticles, the polish was not even, there is leftover hard dip surrounding my nails.
