The apartments lack natural light; they can be quite dark and gloomy. (Not much of a 'tip' more of a comment.)
Be sure to get your laundry card before the office closes at 6 pm =) and it takes a $5 dollar bill to purchase one, oh and the office has no change :(

Remember to tell delivery people, cab drivers, visitors etc... your phase and building #. Otherwise, they may end up at the wrong apartment on the other side of the complex.
Moms House is always filled with love....its so cozy!
