Water main is broke every other month you don’t have water the lot rent has been raised 2 times now in the last 2 years I’ve lived here the landscape crew does a trash job. Only thing I do like about it is the maintenance crew is on top of what you ask of them other than that I give a 2.5
The office staff is great, they made it easy and stress free to get me my first home. it is also quiet and we'll maintained, if you're looking for a quality, affordable, first home/or any home at all. Don't hesitate to look here. Carrie and Rich will most definitely be happy to help you.
I have only been leaving at Belle Villa Lake/ Meadows for a couple of months and I just love it. I haven't had any issues yet and the people are friendly. The office staff and maintenance crew are wonderful, as well. I made a good decision by coming to leave here!!!
