They performed tire balance, rotation and alignment check. Alignment check came out good, no adjustments required. I appreciate the honesty.
Amazing customer service from start to finish! Adrian and Kyle were very professional and courteous keeping updated as the work was getting done. This is a place I can rely on to get my car back on the road ASAP!
They were great for my tires but had my oil changed there and they said the bolt on the pan was stripped from the last oil change (at a different franchise) and I will need a new pan for $498.53!! They put a one time use plug in it for now. So, who broke it? Their mechanic or the other mechanic from the last oil change. I’ll never know. Very frustrating! I will never go back there for anything but tires from now on.
