I just got a screw in a tire and was loosing air rapidly. Stopped in the store to see if they could quickly plug it. The guy says, you don't have an appointment? No, it just happened! He says, you need to make an appointment, leave your truck and it'll take at least 3 hours to do the plug. I've never heard a more ridiculous and absurd way of doing business or treating a potential customer. Clearly this is the worst customer service a business could ever provide.
