I cannot recommend Belle Tire enough. Martin was kind enough to patch up my flat tire for free and their customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend them for all your Tire/Car needs! 5 stars!
I came in for a tire rotation, road force wheel balancing, and an alignment. Since I bought the tires from them and also purchased a one-year alignment package, all of these services should have been free—but apparently, nothing is truly free. They only performed the tire rotation, skipped the balancing, and then moved my vehicle onto the alignment rack. Went into Belle Tire just to get a nail removed from my tire. Martin at the front desk was BEYOND welcoming from the start. They not only removed the nail but found others in other tires and performed a top notch oil change. Customer service was 10/10! Definitely going back
This place was amazing. Stopped in on a road trip back to Chicago and the sales person Damaris and technician Armando were extremely helpful. They pointed me in right direction with my Hyundai to getting a fully rebuilt engine from dealership. The information they gave me was exactly what I needed. Saved me huge headache and sent me into dealership with knowledge I needed to get what was owed.
