Lucas was super friendly and accommodating. All of the guys were super nice and got my tire done super quick. I had it replaced at a different tire and the didn’t inform me of damage I had to the rim and I had to replace the tire again. I then had another issue with it and the guys here helped us out with the replacement and I can’t express my gratitude enough. Thank you guys for everything!
If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Took my fleet vehicle in there for a tire and didn't get my vehicle back for 4 days. One person told me it was approved and that they were working on it and it should be done before they close. I drive 2 hours for it to still be in the parking lot. Next day I call and get told that they are waiting on approval. I tell them that yesterday they said it was approved and they "double check" and yes it has been approved. They took up all my time, 45 minutes with no activity for me. I was just waiting, they advertised free flat tire repair but that was their service!! They told me after, your turn is 15 min later and 30 min for repairing.🙄🙄😡😡 My friend Also told me about heir high prices for their services.
