Very disappointed with customer service, needed air in a few tires, the monitoring system said air was needed. Talked to one of the service writers about the problem and asked if he could have one of his guys put air in the tires, he said there would be a wait, I said that's fine, then he said, "THE WAIT WILL BE ABOUT 4 HOURS". What a joke, I went 4 blocks away to DISCOUNT TIRE, they were overflowing with customers, but the service writer had my tires checked and filled in 5 minutes. I highly recommend "DISCOUNT TIRE".
Was quoted 45 minutes for tires with an appointment. 2 hours of waiting because 5 people didn't have appointments. Make it make sense.
Love Love Love this place! Customer relations are exceptional. Honest pricing is their hallmark. They got me 4 new tires with a higher brand rating than the "original equipment" Hankook tires from the dealership, for significantly less money per tire. I'm ecstatic and very grateful! I am highly recommending this Belle Tire in Blommingdale!
