Not only were the staff friendly but I was helped right away. They did an amazing job at helping with a stressful situation. I had a nail in a tire and figured my other three were pretty old, so I ordered a set. Paid ahead of time. Dropped my car off and went next door for brunch. Got a call almost immediately, wondering why I wanted four tires. I explained the situation, and they said my other tires were fine, they'd look for the nail, and just replace the front axel tires, with a refund. Went above and beyond with their service!
I was in a hurry to get a flat on my wife's car fixed and purchased replacements for both rear tires with a same-day appointment for installation. (I wanted to make sure the car was safe, reliable, etc. and thought that keeping both rear tires matched was worth the extra cost, even though only one was damaged and both were fairly new.) Belle could have simply completed my order and taken my money and I'd have had no complaints.
