Horrible. I would go to Michigan City. They have a much better staff.
I usually don't have an issue with this place. As a matter of fact, I usually recommend it to people. That ends today! I understand that people and places are allowed to have bad days, but this many screw up at one time is beyond acceptable. I called at 4:08pm (they close at 5p), I explained I had a screw in my tire, it was under warranty and I wanted to make sure they had that specific tire in stock. I was told they did. Took my car here for tires, they unscrewed my shift knob and it was left loose turned 90 degrees. I just thought ok dumb kids no big deal. So couple months later I took it for alignment after replacing my steering rack, got my car back steering wheel was crooked. Couple days later I'm hearing a loud grinding thumping noise. Removed my front wheels and found a loose axle nut. I hate going to the mechanics but the staff here have always done right by me. Pricing is transparent and reasonable and they are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Sharron especially is really helpful whenever I have an issue. I know nothing about cars but she explains the issues and the solutions in a way I can understand
