I'll never take my truck anywhere else than Belle Tire. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff with fair prices and fast service. Upfront about prices and potential problems. The waiting area is superb with comfortable seating, snacks, coffee and big screen tv. Love this place!

I really hope they turn around with new management but im thinking the problem is at the top, not store level. Sad to see the lady left who was behind the counter in Valpo. I purchased all four of my tires there two years ago, and I love the tires no complaints, and overall I believe they try. Bathrooms are kinda gross. I have been coming to this location for a few years. It's an approved shop for my fleet account. Every time I come for an oil change, I wait longer and longer. This time, as soon as I booked my appointment through the fleet membership, I called the shop to ensure my appointment time was okay and confirmed. I've now been waiting 40 minutes, and the gentleman at the desk wanted to argue that he told the fleet membership person that they were booked but he'd do his best. I don't like leaving negative reviews but my whole experience here was awful. I called two days prior to set up an appointment for 3:00 because later that day I had another appointment I couldn't miss. They told me the alignment would be $15 per tire and would take about an hour. At 3:45 I asked if my car was going in soon because I needed to leave by 415. The kid at the desk shrugged his shoulders and said there was a trouble maker in the bay and backing them up. They didn't take my car back till 4:10 . At that point I had ... read more
