Brian was a great help with getting my truck fitted with the correct tires! He saved me over $1,200 compared to the competitors. He is professional and straight forward, 100% recommend Belle Tire!
Bought 4 tires and wanted a alignment as well they said it needed a bunch of work before they would do it. Talked to my mechanic and they were full of it. Lost $100 by not doing it and a customer. Do not fall for them telling you your car needs work, take it to a real mechanic.
We got a flat tire on our way to visit friends in Columbia City. I was able to install the inflatable spare on our Pacifica minivan and limp to Belle Tire in Valparaiso. The counter guy, Dave, could not have been nicer or more helpful. The tire was beyond repair as I suspected and needed to be replaced. It was a busy Saturday and Dave warned us that it would take 2 hours or more. He offered to put some food that we were bringing with us in the employee fridge for safe-keeping. I asked for an alignment and was told I needed $1,400 worth the work. I took it to the dealership since it was under warranty. 3 techs check out the suspension and all said there was nothing wrong! I will never return to this rip off store!
