Wouldn’t recommend bell tire for any repairs, they overcharge big time, don’t care about customers at all, the support team is a joke they don’t care about anything and accuse you of things that you didn’t do or never happened, this whole company is a joke and a scam to make money! Stay away they also come up with excuses not to get something done that’s warranted
Driving up through Michigan from Canada towards Lake Superior and suddenly heard an unnerving noise, it being Saturday most places were closed or simply couldn’t get us in. Called and spoke with Brad who assured us we would be back on the road before end of day. Very busy shop but they got us in quick and took great care of us. Can’t thank the folks at Belle Tire enough!
Took over one hour after scheduled time to even bring the vehicle into the bay. Good job, slow service
Date of Visit: August 13, 2025 Location: Belle Tire – Gaylord, MI Since this visit, I’ve contacted Belle Tire corporate twice to report the damage and service issues — and have been completely ignored. No response, no follow-up, nothing. This experience has been frustrating and deeply disappointing. My family company has been loyal to Belle Tire for years, but this visit has changed that. Based on the poor service, lack of accountability, and corporate indifference, I can no longer recommend Belle Tire to anyone.
