Connor was fantastic!! Called after a really negative experience at the 136 Belle Tire across from Kroger where "Mike" ignored my appointment and said "it's not getting done today and whoever made the appointment shouldn't have because we only have 1 tire tech and there are 14 ahead of you" I called Plainfield and Connor was friendly, courteous, apologized for my prior experience and told me to swing on by. I wholeheartedly appreciated it.
Went in for a rotation. Lady who's name started with an S refused to do it and said my tread was too low and had to purchase two new tires to get a rotation.. checked my thread and it was a little above 4/32". Just like Rockville Rd location this place will scam you.
Awesome store with GREAT service!! Won’t take my vehicles anywhere else!
