Great place and friendly staff in brownsburg. I Set appt for wheel alignment for both cars. They were taken in within 5 minutes of the appt and done within 30 minutes after taken in. Always have my work done at Belle Tire.
Awful. If you need other than tires, go past this place. I've been in three times for the sale issue and my car might be in worse shape now than it was before my first visit! I wish I could say I'm exaggerating, but I'm not. From trying to overcharge me at checkout, to not even having mechanics available. Even the service advisor said he would not take his car there for anything other than tires!
Customer service is beyond horrible. I was on hold for 16 minutes and went into the shop and then picked up The phone and said I was right there. They never call you when your car is done. They need better help. They messed up our alignment ruined our tires. Then when we went back into get them replaced, they still didn’t replace them and it took forever after saying it would take 45 minutes they hadn’t even started an hour after being there. Tire installation process went just fine, but if your car has a manual transmission, I do not recommend taking it here. They burned the clutch bad enough that I could smell it on a windy day about 15 feet away as I was walking up to it. I will not be taking any of my manual transmission cars back to this shop.
The 1st time I was here, I was assured that my car would be done by 3:00 so I could pick my son up from school. It was not done by 3:00 and I had to call the school and make arrangements. The 2nd time I came in, my wife's car came back after the alignment worse than it was before (pulling hard to the right). It went back in and their sheet showed the alignment being off quite a bit, so they aligned it again.
