Lazarus(left), Joseph(left), Corey, and Josh O., all do a great job and have always provided great customer service at the Anderson location. I always know what is being done on my vehicle, no hidden costs or surprises. Updated-(03.13.2026, not the case) I ask lots of questions. Also, Thank you to Josh O., for educating me.! Had an appointment for 9 am it is now 1030 and they still have not taken my car back to be worked on. Everytime I am here it takes forever!! What is the point of making an appointment. The management at this store is horrible. Do better!
Same experience as a lot of the recent reviews. Scheduled one tire to be changed at 9am. Got there 20 minutes early. Car taken back around 930. Then sat and waited for an hour before they even got one tire one. Kept saying it would only be a few minutes after my husband checked with them 3 times. Staff was too busy standing around smoking off to the side. Unbelievably unprofessional service and I will NOT be coming back here for any additional service. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.
Scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time and showed up a half hour early to replace a single tire. Did not get my car back until an hour and a half after the scheduled appointment time. The car was raised up for an hour. One single tire replacement was $150. Do not come here unless you are willing to waste your day.
