Lazarus, Joseph, Cory, and Josh O., all do a great job and have always provided great customer service at the Anderson location. I always know what is being done on my vehicle, no hidden costs or surprises. I ask lots of questions. Also, Thank you to Josh for educating me.! Much Appreciated!
The guys were professional and friendly. They took care of our problem without having to charge for the service.
I had a great experience at Belle Tire thanks to Lazarus and his team. I came in with a tire leak late in the day, and they stayed after hours to make sure it got fixed. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Friendly, professional, and above-and-beyond. Highly recommend!
Horrible customer experience. 3.5 hrs to have 4 tires installed. I have a bad tire pressure sensor and asked them to replace. I paid $60 for a new tp sensor and it still doesn't work. I would recommend ANY tire store BESIDES belle tire.
I normally have had good service with Belle Tire in Anderson, but recently caught Keith in two lies regarding pricing. He quoted me $100 more than another colleague working at the same location, and also lied about the cost of a new tire. Besides complaining about their new computer system, he reeked of used car salesmen.
