They made a mistake with my new tires, but then they went above and beyond to fix it with no hassle and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. Good business.
Keith is very unfriendly. Told us a price and said it would fix my ac, then called back and said it would be an additional charge to complete more work. Why say flushing and dye would fix the problem if it wouldn’t? Then, when we expressed our concerns he was very dismissive and seemed not to care. Do not recommend him at all.
Josh O., always does a great job and he has always provided great customer service at the Anderson location. I always know what is being done on my vehicle, no hidden costs or surprises. I ask lots of questions. Also, Thank you to Josh O., for educating me.! Much Appreciated!
Thing to watch out for, they will perform an alignment inspection. The alignment is extra.
