Excellent interaction and resolution of ongoing issues acquired from another, "nice" repair shop (who overcharged us, used sub-par parts, and never fixed the brake problem after 7 attempts). After missing my appt that I scheduled online, Jerry called me the next day to follow up and see if I needed help; impressive. Had and appt at 9 arrived around d 9:25am said it would take an hr to just check to see why my car was shaking. 1035am hits my car is still parked i. The same spot. I ask how long it will take to check my car out they tell me another hr. I understand I was late and there is 8am apps however. To wait 2 hrs for and appt that was set is ridiculous.
