My name is Anthony Chau. My wife and i had purchased a set of Tires in 2011 and had oil changes prior. We felt our vehicle was sabotaged, damaged, and miahandled under Belle Tires care. We feel violated and betrayed. We have lost pur faith and trust in Belle Tire. (Anthony Chau reviewed continued) I attempted to start the car myself but was unable to. I hurriedly borrowed Mother's vehicle and went to the nearby AutoZone store (nearby Tacobell on 135). I barely made it in time to purchase a new battery before they closed. I went back home and replaced the battery. Unfortunately, the red battery sign still came on. First I would like to say this would have been a 5 star experience, the shop was on time with appointment and out the door quickly no surprises, if the company would have used something to protect the car seat, or have a person not mechanic to take vehicle in and out of repair bay, I have light color interior ( cream leather with white stitching)the seat/stitching was very dirty when I got in my car, still cleaning it is hard to get dirt, grease out of leather and stitching.
