I went in to get a new set of tires today. I got a good deal and great service. But as I waited there I witnessed a few things. I saw an elderly woman with lots (and lots) of questions get treated with great patience as her extensive repairs were explained. She was even offered a ride home so she wouldn't have to stay for hours. Then I saw an irate elderly man come in to challenge his recent repair. I asked for the GoodYear tire that was $99 per tire. Was told they were on back order but he would get me into a Master Craft tire for cheaper. Sold me the warranty (which I do appreciate), did an alignment which, I did not know they were doing (I'm sure I needed it but, it would have been nice to know about the added $84). When I got home (I charged on a GoodYear charge) I looked at the bill, $135 per tire, unless my math is off, that isn't not cheaper than $99, and an added charge that I have NO CLUE what it is for, of $69... read more
Buyer beware. I bought my tires here with all the extras (road hazard, etc.). You can never get in to get your tires serviced. There are no appointments for tire services and there is always a 2-6 hour wait. Need an alignment to keep up on your tire ware and warranty.....GOOD LUCK. Terrible service.
