RecommendedMy low pressure light was on. They were able to see my car & fix it within the hour I dropped it off. The problem was covered under my warranty so it cost me nothing and my tire was fixed!

RecommendedThe manager at the Carpenter Rd. (Ann Arbor) Frank H. is outstanding. He has been in the business more than 30 years and is exceptionally knowledgeable about tires, alignments and the other services which Belle offers. He is very honest and never tries to sell more than is needed. He communicates well, and always has the best interest of the customer at heart. I don't give many five star reviews, but this one is well deserved.
Took my vehicle in for a standard tire rotation. When I went to pick it up, the check engine light was on. Spoke the to assistant manager, and he was less than empathetic. He told me what they did was purely mechanical and would not have caused that light to come on. Narrative changed after I spoke to customer service.
