where do I start? my brake line went out as I was pulling into the shop to fill up my tires. Had Belle tire look at the car only to call me back in a few hours saying it would be a $1700 fix. I do have other things wrong that can be fixed later. so I tell the worker that I cant do 1700 at all! He says that he can come down to $700 and just fix the brakes and the caliper. I called a tow. after spending $205 for the tow, turns out it was just a loose line and fixed for less than $20! I am furious. We are in the middle of a pan... read more

I recently got my car aligned here. It immediately vibrated more. After having another shop look at it, they somehow had knocked off the tire weights. The car also pulled hard to the right. It did not pull after having another shop replace the front-end parts. When I took it for an alignment (the second time) and to re-balance the tires, it was rumbling something fierce and felt unsafe. I took it to another shop and the belle tire employees had taken loose the bottom shock bolt and left it loose. I attached several pictures ... read more
