WILL NEVER AGAIN COME BACK TO THIS PLACE.……….. I went in because my tire kept losing air, they said the rim had a crack in it but they could repair it so I went ahead and got that done but I never thought the mechanics didn’t know about the one locknut that comes with the vehicle. They forced it off and on damaging the rim and never told me until a week later that I was driving far and my vehicle began to make a strange noise like I had a flat tire. No mechanic on duty (Saturday). You'd think that they would have staff on hand to do an oil change, but not this Belle Tire. Save your time and go elsewhere.
They were awful - didn’t have tires - don't make appointments apparently. 1 mechanical and doesn’t work weekends. Probably should close for the weekend. On top of all that didn’t get what I needed accomplished.
They are slow. If the mechanics weren't all standing around with their hands in their pockets it might go faster. They have no consideration for your time.
