I haven't even finished paying for theses tires and I have had a flat in which the tire had to be replaced, (charged me over $40 to get a warranty on the new tire), that was just 2 weeks ago and now my tire light is on again. I called to get the car in no appointments. You cannot get timely service. To me having that tire light on is a stressor they don't seem to care about. If I could do this again I would not have bought tires from this company.
We had an appointment scheduled for 10:00am on Tuesday, March 24th, which was supposed to guarantee the next available service bay. Despite this, my wife waited over four hours for her vehicle to receive four new tires. To make matters worse, all four tires were improperly inflated, none matched the recommended pressure for her vehicle or the tires purchased, and each tire had a different pressure. This experience was extremely disappointing, and as a result, we will not be returning.
After new tire purchase, post purchase, returned to shop for alignment. Refused service due to "necessary repairs" quoted $2100 for work when I requested an alignment, not a quote for a front end rebuild. Car is perfectly fine in the front end. Told them toe out, camber, no front end alignment performed.
