They are slow. If the mechanics weren't all standing around with their hands in their pockets it might go faster. They have no consideration for your time.
Never again will I come here. Staff is rude and inconsiderate of people's time. I've complained to corporate more than once over the years and never had such awful service at any Belle Tire I've ever gone to but this one in Benton Harbor. And they won't do anything but leave useless remarks to your complaints. Corporate greed is all I see. This place is a joke.
I got tires done there. The first time I went there the geniuses tightened a lug nut till it snapped the stud. Them when they changed the tire they put 18 psi in both front tires. Not only will you get subpar service here, you might die.
Service was great as always. They were full up on appointments by managed to get my tire fix done.
No amount of bad reviews is going to actually change this place. Every visit here has been atrocious. Entirely disrespectful and stereotypical attitudes towards woman, as mechanics. Which is both equally sad and embarrassing for them as a company. Every male that walks in the door is immediately greated and helped, every woman i watched walk in was left to stand there for 5-10 minutes to wait while all the mechanics behind the glass look and laugh at them, seemingly doing everything BUT their job.
