We had an appointment scheduled for 10:00am on Tuesday, March 24th, which was supposed to guarantee the next available service bay. Despite this, my wife waited over four hours for her vehicle to receive four new tires. To make matters worse, all four tires were improperly inflated, none matched the recommended pressure for her vehicle or the tires purchased, and each tire had a different pressure. This experience was extremely disappointing, and as a result, we will not be returning.
After new tire purchase, post purchase, returned to shop for alignment. Refused service due to "necessary repairs" quoted $2100 for work when I requested an alignment, not a quote for a front end rebuild. Car is perfectly fine in the front end. Told them toe out, camber, no front end alignment performed.
Had new tires put on and my rims our all messed up and they blamed it on the weather plelling the rims. And they said I needed a front-end alignment when my vehicle does not pull ether way and no uneven tire ware. So like other people out there after my tire plain is up I will go somewhere else there's a lot other tire shops.
Extremely grateful for the help and customer service. I had a blowout tire with my run flat on the way to Grand Rapids. I previously went to Walmart but they mention not being able to work with my tire due to a run flat policy. NOW THANK GOD FOR BELLE TIRE.
