Extremely grateful for the help and customer service. I had a blowout tire with my run flat on the way to Grand Rapids. I previously went to Walmart but they mention not being able to work with my tire due to a run flat policy. NOW THANK GOD FOR BELLE TIRE. Yesterday my family was traveling to Chicago from Grand Rapids and ended up with a flat. The closest tire place was Belle! It was 4:45 when we arrived and because they closed at 5 they told us they couldn't help even AFTER we explained the situation... we even asked to just put the spare on and they still said they couldn't help! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I requested a simple alignment and was then told the two front control arms needed to be replaced, upping my anticipated spending that day by about $1,000. They were relatively new control arms so I told them I wanted my mechanic to look at them and left. My mechanic found no issues with the control arms. We took it to a different shop for the alignment and they also found no additional issues and simply did the alignment for $140.
