Took my car in to have front end alignment done after have the whole front end replaced didn't have the car 30 minutes and was told the ball joint was loose with no Carter pin in the crown but then proceeded to tell me that it was going to take a half hour to fix had a shop do the work but they couldn't align it the service people are rude and arrogant.so they have lost me as a customer and anyone that asks me for a referral
If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my husband came here for an alignment. My husband has been a mechanic for 30+ years and replaced my whole front end, but couldn't do the alignment due to not having the machine. They were nice at first when we dropped off the car. As we went to the neighboring stores to wait 30 mins later get a call saying ball joint bolt was loose and was gonna take 30 mins to do plus extra charge. Told them no we'll just come get the car.
