Bought 60k mile tires for my sons car and after 18k miles tires are worn out on outer edge. I had the alingment done when I purchased the tires as well. Manager said that I was pretty much out of luck because I didn’t have my tires rotated every 6k miles. No options given other than he would contact manufacturer and again he acted like they were unlikely to help. In general seemed uninterested in trying to help!

Great service at Belle Tire. I didn’t realize their tire rotation was free when I asked for oil change and tire rotation. They were great. We have taken 3 of our cars there and each time they had top notch service.

I dropped off my flat tire. After work I went to get my tire and have it put and I did have to wait but since I had no appointment I expected to. They said it would be at least an hour so I sat and waited. When my name was called they showed me the problem (sorry about my language by the way) and didn't charge me since I have a warranty.
