So I had a tire issue on a brand new 2020 Jeep. Got a flat😕 Went to a tire shop close to me as it was only a flat tire, WRONG. All they wanted to do is sell me a new tire. 99% percent of the time Belle Tire has great service. However today I went to the store on Central Avenue. The customer service rep never checked to see if the tires were in. So I waited 2 hours only to be told that they didn't have that style and make. I would have to drive over to Secor store to get the tire. How hard is it to just do your job and not waste my time. Thank you Secor Belle Tire for getting me right in, I appreciate your quick response.
Very helpful and accommodating staff! I will definitely be back next year to get more tires and services from them! 10 out of 10 customer service and quality work. I appreciate you all!
