I thought while I was there my experiance was good. Everyone was friendly, got my van in to balance tires even though it was 20 minutes to closing, and one of the guys gave my son a little bell tire toy to play with while we waited. All very positive. When the van was done I was surprised that balancing my tires came at no charge, also positive. However, they did tell me how my control arms where bad and should be done immediately and tried to set me up an appointment for the estimated $900 repair. My van is under warranty s... read more
