You guys, honestly what are you thinking? You need to be more selective when hiring people to drive others cars because this is unacceptable.
Your employee totaled a customers car and you left him with the bill not only that but you still made him pay for the tires you are a terrible company and i hope this decision makes you close your doors terrible customer service i will never take my car to a bell tire now
Damn total someone’s car and not take of it y’all are worthless company. Y’all screwed up, then admitted it and still won’t make it right. Definitely not using bell tire at any location as my tire/mechanic specialists.
After what I seen with Jasons car, there is no way id take my cars to you. Absolutely terrible service, you're negligent driver totaled a customer's car and now you won't hold you're own? Words cant describe.
