took my wife's Lincoln MKC in to have tires looked at, always losing air, they looked at that, repaired them, on the drive home , there was a clunking noise in the rear, i checked it out, Belle Tire broke the rear sway bar link, took it back in, spoke to the manager, Jeffrey, he said they didn't do it, well it wasn't broke when i took it in there, said he wouldn't repair without charge, but then said he would do it at a discounted price, hmmmm, sounds like maybe they did break it. Absolutely terrible my vehicle never left the parking spot and they are telling me two hours later I need ball joints and wheel bearing they didn’t even look at it there was still the same surface rust on my lug nuts as when I dropped it off and the tires hadent even been touched cause there was still salt all over them from the highway then tell me that they cant fix my shift linkage for my transfer case cause the mechanic is not certified if you are not certified to pop a shift linkage back on with a new bushing you should... read more
