UPDATED: Nice staff. Prices are competitive with other shops. Only giving 4 stars because as someone who is experienced in auto mechanics, I feel like it took longer than necessary because the technician seemed to have a hard time staying focused and could maybe stand to socialize less. I DO NOT recommend this place. My husband called and set an appointment for 11am to get his brakes checked. He had them done here previously and the guy he spoke with told him it was under warranty if there was an issue or they needed to be changed. We knew if rotors were bad we’d be paying for those which was fine. I got there early and told the guy numerous times I would be waiting with the truck. Went in 4/9/26 and told Manny I was there for my 230p appointment to get snow tires on my Transit van switched back to my regular tires. He checked the system, said "there you are" when he found my appointment, and took my key. Van was taken into a bay shortly thereafter. An hour and a half later I asked why it was taking so long (it took about 45-50 minutes in the bay when they switched from regular to the snow tires I purchased from them last fall).
