took my wife's Lincoln MKC in to have tires looked at, always losing air, they looked at that, repaired them, on the drive home , there was a clunking noise in the rear, i checked it out, Belle Tire broke the rear sway bar link, took it back in, spoke to the manager, Jeffrey, he said they didn't do it, well it wasn't broke when i took it in there, said he wouldn't repair without charge, but then said he would do it at a discounted price, hmmmm, sounds like maybe they did break it. I’ve gone to the West main location in Kalamazoo for a few years, but have recently switched to using the Plainwell location. They have great customer service and are very knowledgeable. Jeff the manager has saved me a couple of times, when Ive had an issue and needed to get my car back on the road fast.
The new store manager is wonderful and very knowledgeable. He will do his best to do what he can to help you in any way he can. He truly cares about his customers.
