Went in 4/9/26 and told Manny I was there for my 230p appointment to get snow tires on my Transit van switched back to my regular tires. He checked the system, said "there you are" when he found my appointment, and took my key. Van was taken into a bay shortly thereafter. An hour and a half later I asked why it was taking so long (it took about 45-50 minutes in the bay when they switched from regular to the snow tires I purchased from them last fall). Don't order right tire don't listen to what customer has and don't listen to what customer is going to bring in. People don't listen to the customer at all
