I called and made an appt. for 12:00. Appt was for a simple tire rotation and alignment. Arrived and gave them the keys and went to lunch at Panera. Came back at 12:45 and my car hadnt yet even moved to the shop. At 1:00 pm I asked the guy sitting next to me what he was there for. He said he had been sitting there since 9:30 am to check his battery and alternator and they still hadnt pulled his car into a bay yet. Went to have 2 tires 4 rims mounted quoting 240 dollars i said if you're over charging me I want my keys back guess what discount tire did it for half the price so yes they doubled the going rate never going back to belle even confronted the guy he said everybody gets charged 65 dollars a tire bull@@&t
