I went from distraught owner of a truck with a flat tire to a satisfied customer in a very short time. Customer service is beyond reproach. Clean safe waiting area where a safe distance from others could be easily achieved. I will never go any where else for tire/wheel needs then Belle Tire
Jake the assistant manager was terrific from beginning to end. Helpful every step of the way. I have been buying tires at this location for 20 plus years. Great service and competitive pricing.
***DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE*** On Saturday morning (April 27, 2019) I called over to Belle Tire on Long Lake Rd & Rochester Rd. I described to Chase (in sales) that I may need a new tire on the passenger side of my Tesla Model 3. What a fantastic experience today! No one enjoys getting a flat tire, but if you do Belle Tire will take care of you. My dealership was not calling me back or helping me at all, so I finally called Belle Tire and Steve helped me even on a busy Saturday. It's the end of the day and I have a nice new tire, still no call back or email reply from my dealership. I'll be back for any future needs. Thank you Steve!
