All-time worst auto service experience. TL;DR, I came in for a flat tire... left with a non-functioning speedometer + other sensor failures and a tire that is still flat (a day after they serviced it). Long version: I took my car in for a tire losing air and to get patched. While it was there, the techs noticed I had some bad rear shocks and bad front ball joints. I have nothing but positives for Coldwater Belle Tire... from James to Dustin to Shaun... top notch service and very efficient at their jobs... friendly staff, good value and knowledgable at all aspects of tires, rims, struts, shocks... you name it!! Would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!

Bought 60k mile tires for my sons car and after 18k miles tires are worn out on outer edge. I had the alingment done when I purchased the tires as well. Manager said that I was pretty much out of luck because I didn’t have my tires rotated every 6k miles. No options given other than he would contact manufacturer and again he acted like they were unlikely to help. In general seemed uninterested in trying to help!

Tires rotated and oil changed. Had an appointment for 1 PM. Arrived at 12:50, gave key to attendant and sat down to wait for the work to be done. Waited until 2PM before asking about status of work and was told he would check. He came back about 5 minutes later and told me it would be another 5 minutes. I waited another 30 minutes before asking again if it was done. Attendant checked and found it was done. No telling how much longer I’d have waited if I’d not asked. Worst service ever, all I needed was them to check my tire pressure. The only reason I came to Belle to get my tire looked at is because I purchased my tires from them, never again. I see three working standing around talking to the people at the front desk. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely crazy, oh did I mention I was of color..........

Poor company. Poor management by Brian. Placed order online over 24 hours ago for tires that were “in stock” only to be called over 24 hours later, 45 minutes before my appointment which I had to take the day off of work to make only to be told sorry we don’t have them. Poor training in management

Poor service. Had nail in tire, and was told it would be repaired in 4 hrs. 8 hrs later, no call or update. I called and was told tire couldn`t be repaired. Replacement tire not in stock. Was told I'd get a call when new tire came in. Never received call. 2 days later I called, and was told tire was received, but no one knew when it came in. Went to pick up new tire, but then was told my original tire could be repaired all of a sudden. Poor communication and follow up. Never going back.
