I always recommend belle tire to everyone I know I sent my inlaws there with there dually pickup and they were told no appointments are made for dually I set this up for them I was never told this and now they have been there for 3 hours canceled their front end alignment and a guy takes a tire off and walks away from it and they told a service advisor they need to be gone by 2 and there told I don't know what to tell you by this person. I know this place is very overpriced. But I went in hoping to get everything done right the first time because I value time. came in yesterday for new tires. 4 new tires, a new tpms sensor, an alignment, 2.5 hours, and one hefty bill later and I left the store with more issues than when I went in. RecommendedI had excellent service with Belle Tire. Asst. manager Jason and Brandon were excellent to work with. Assisted me in shopping for tires, providing me with detailed information and price matching a better price. I had a horrible experience prior to this at Discount which I feel was largely due to being a woman. I’m so glad I purchased my tires at Discount and was treated respectfully.
