They were very busy,but went above and beyond to get the tires i wanted, and get them installed and my alignment done.

My experience at the Bell Tire Group has always been a 5 Star event. When you are dealing with a problem you don't want to have and pull in to the Belle dealer it changes everything. As a small biz owner i have tried many different tire shops, hands down grandville belle tire is the best. i have used them for some truck repairs and pretty much evey tire i buy is from belle. Whether its plow trucks that need tires, trailers, or a toy vehicle i am always leaving a happy customer. i would not hesitate to refer someone.

Clueless when it comes to fixing bmw cars. They couldn't fix a basic repair with the suspension and they couldn't check the alignment after the repair was fixed elsewhere. I wasted my time going there twice.
