I know this place is very overpriced. But I went in hoping to get everything done right the first time because I value time. came in yesterday for new tires. 4 new tires, a new tpms sensor, an alignment, 2.5 hours, and one hefty bill later and I left the store with more issues than when I went in. I came in with no warning lights on the dash, I was told that one tmps sensor is cracked and leaking air slowly and I was recommended to put in a new one. I agreed to that and the t… See more
RecommendedWOW! What a great experience! I called Belle Tire hoping to get my tire replaced tomorrow. Sam said he could get it done within the hour tonight and he delivered. Bruce kept me company while the guys replaced my tire and gave the T-Rex a quick once over. In and out in just over 30 minutes with great customer service and smiles all around! Thank You!
Helpful and knowledgeable, very easy transaction. My only complaint is that they only inflated my new truck tires to 35psi when they call for 50, couldn’t figure out why my tps light was on, checked the pressure and inflated them myself, problem solved
I've been goin here since 1985. wont let anyone else service my vehicles. but these guys. and your traverse city location!! another spectacular group of guys!!
The staff at the Wayne/Westland location should not try to charge upwards of $2300 for parts that are in fine condition and in no need of replacing. Scumbags.
