I had a terrible experience at Belle Tire. I feel like I was scammed because I was charged far more than I expected, and the pricing wasn’t explained clearly. To make matters worse, my car was damaged while it was in their care, and they didn’t take responsibility for it. I expected honest service and professional work, but instead I left feeling overcharged, frustrated, and disappointed. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Make sure you get everything in writing and inspect your vehicle carefully before leaving.

if i could give no stars i would they don’t know how to fix a wheel alignment or torque bolts the manger well says he is what a joke
Took my 2010 Journey in for a alignment, they found that my my lower control arm was cracked so they ended up replacing it. Picked up my car and drove home about 2 blocks away and all i heard was popping and cracking noises. Ended up taking my car the next morning to a real auto shop and they told me all the bolts were loose and that the control arm was bent, I Had to spend even more money to get that fixed the right way.
