Belle Tire proved yesterday that policy means more to them than people. Tire blew out 1.3 miles from Belle Tire after a brutal day on the job. All we needed was a four-way and a jack — my boss even offered $100 deposit, company card, and ID. Instead, the two cashiers just shook their heads “no” without a word. Herman is honest with the time of service needed to service my vehicles and always giving me a cost estimate which end up less than estimated cost.
Disappointed Nathan Reif’s customer service, wanted to charge $160 for a diagnostic after the work without a formal agreement on my end. They must get paid commission, horrible prices and even worse business practices
The woman at the counter tries to out slick you by asking too many questions. Didn’t really like her attitude.
