They diagnosed my car for an alimennt, come to find out my upper ball joint and sway bar link is in bad condition, so they say. I rejected the labor because they wanted $500, so i went to my personal mechanic to find out the upper ball joint is in good condition, the LOWER ball joint was damaged and they didnt even both letter me know, possibly to have me come back for their profit. DO NOT blindly accept there diagnostics without approval of your personal mechanic.
Belle Tire proved yesterday that policy means more to them than people. Tire blew out 1.3 miles from Belle Tire after a brutal day on the job. All we needed was a four-way and a jack — my boss even offered $100 deposit, company card, and ID. Instead, the two cashiers just shook their heads “no” without a word.
