I left my minivan at Belle Tire in Rochester Hills, Michigan for front wheels alignment and defect pressure sensor change. I received my van back with the left rear fender and bumper bent. The unidirectional tire that had the sensor replaced was installed backward and wrong sensor was replaced. I am a handicapped and my van is adapted with hand controls and the technician may have tried the hand controls instead of driving with pedals. Belle Tire (Rochester Hills, MI) is a truly great place. We ended up with both cars here at once, and they were very helpful, efficient, and friendly. They even loaded tires into my trunk for me, which saved a lot of time and pain for me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs car work done. I never take my car anywhere but Belle Tire.
I have been using this location for years. They are always outstanding, polite, with work done in a timely manner.

I have a 2006 Chrysler Sebring and Belle Tire has always taken excellent care of my car. I would not trust any other place except Belle. All of thr front counter reps are always so kind and considerate. They just did more work on my car and I am so pleased. Thanks to all the wonderful mechanics who worked so hard on my car.
