I stopped in yesterday morning to put new tires on the vintage Corvette. Rick verified my size, gives me a couple recommendations, checks inventory and tells me they’ll have them delivered later in the day. I get a call about 3:00 telling me the tires are in and gives me the option of coming in now and waiting for tires to be installed, bring Car in have tires installed first thing in morning or come in first thing in morning and have tires installed then. They messed all 4 of my daughters rims up when she went there to get new tires last week and wouldnt take responsibility for it. Said manager would call us and no surprise of course he didnt!! Smh. Over 700$ for tires but screwed up 600$ rims!!
These guys are a joke. Yesterday my tire went flat because the tire sensor broke and the valve pushed thru the rim. I put the temporary tire on and gave belle tire a call to see if they had a replacement. They said they had one and to bring it in. I show up this morning and bring the tire in with me. He looks at my tire and tells me they cant put a valve in because my treads were to low. I tell him I dont have the money to replace the tire today and then he says sorry i cant help you... wtf... Wait not to bad but when your there for tire rotation I think part of that is checking air pressure which didn’t happen for me . Otherwise everything good
