It's trash
Lived here for a year, hate it!!! Have had to call the police several times. There is drug activity, loitering, not concentrate neighbors... Landlord is a d***, and acts like nothing is his fault. I building are super old and in poor condition and electric bill is high due to building standards. Can't wait to leave, we bought a house and he wasn't willing to let us brake our lease under any condition. Also when he runs your credit it is a hard inquiry that he won't help remove!!
