If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The salon itself is mediocre at best, but the real problem is the so-called “manager,” Sasha. She’s hands down one of the rudest, most arrogant people I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. She talks down to clients, acts like she’s doing you a favor by even acknowledging you, and clearly has no idea how to treat people with basic respect. I went to this salon last week, and honestly, it was a mess from the start. I had booked an appointment well in advance, but when I arrived, they couldn't find my name in the system. After a solid 15 minutes of them shuffling papers and looking confused, they finally "squeezed me in," which meant waiting another half hour in a corner. The stylist seemed completely disinterested. Lexi was fantastic! They were able to help me when I walked in due to a no show appointment and I was blown away by how kind and friendly everyone was. The price of the services were well priced and the actual services and stylist were phenomenal!! Thank you all so much. You know how to make a girl feel good, especially having moved her just recently. I will definitely be returning!

Great cut! The stylist here really listen and work to get it right. Friendly staff! Of course it may cost more than others but you get what your pay for 🙂
