A tradie was required to fix an issue in our investment apartment and managed to fix it very quickly. Belle Property were able to negotiate the tradie's invoice down to a more reasonable amount commensurate with the effort required. It's not often you get such good news when things go wrong! there is a option to negative review. I’d certainly press on it. Everytime and every day I make sure the property does remain smooth, fine and well organised. But yes I made a little damage to carpet and couch, they have deducted my entire bond from it. This shouldn’t be done. I could one find the cost of those more than 1955. I was shocked.
