Applied to inspect a downstairs unit in Redcliffe, cosy in the $400's pw. I couldn't make the first inspection but was emailed that another inspection was arranged for today. I arrived to find out the downstairs unit was rented but was told the upstairs and a granny flat were available at the same address. Upstsirs unit, $750 pw, granny flat $600 pw. Looks like a bait and switch to me.
