I had a great experience living here until I gave notice to move out. A minor issue that should have been settled within two weeks was dragged out all the way to a tribunal hearing. At first, I tried to be compliant. However, the agency began issuing unjustified charges: a $78 Bunnings receipt and a $250 claim for damages, labor, and cleaning. Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor throughout my tenancy. Maintenance requests often required repeated follow-ups, and some issues remained unresolved for a long time. At the end of my tenancy, the agency claimed $450 from my bond for minor cleaning issues. Instead of working towards a fair resolution, I had to chase them multiple times for an update. I recently sold my home with Thomas and his team, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, were always easy to talk to, and genuinely wanted the best outcome for me. One thing I didn't realise before selling was just how often you speak with your agent throughout the campaign.
