These clowns stuffed me over so bad that come auction day, belle didn't even show up, I was left standing there like a fool, after weeks and weeks of so called advertising, I came to find out that they weren't even doing their jobs at all and not advertising properly (words from their own team) NICK TOWNSEND, (the original seller for me) wasn't doing his job at all because he already had another job lined up and resigned a few days before my auction, hence why no one showed up to the auction, no one told me this. I'd give it 0 stars but I can't. Try to avoid going through this real estate as they're only out to fill their own pockets and dont give a shit about anyone but themselves. Making up stories about damage that isn't there or was already there before the tenant moved in. Never got anything fixed, and let's you live in a house that has black mold absolutely EVERYWHERE and does nothing about it and then blames you when you can't get rid of it all. Stay away from this place.
As a buyer, the agent we dealt with was dismissive, ghosted timelines, and had a belittling tone regarding offers within the price guide. We actually never met the principal agent (Holly) despite spending ~2 months and 4 inspections working toward this purchase - juniors were sent in her place. We would have preferentially chosen to not purchase with Belle given our experience but the house fit our requirements so we were forced to continue. A big thank you to Garon for helping us with our first home. Belle property were quick in organising a private inspection and in accepting our offer. The only issue we had was with information being relayed between the seller and us, but Garon was able to follow up with them most of the time.
