***Victoria Bonello is abusive and bully towards renters**** Victoria was managing my rental property in Melbourne (previously managed by Buxton Boxhill) pressured me to pay for professional cleaning despite of clear terms in rental agreements, they did not arrange cleaning at the beginning of my renting) They submitted a VCAT case full of false claims. Worst experience with a realestate agent. As a tenant they were non-responsive to leaking taps and faulty smoke alarms. Upon moving out after 3.5 years they tried to hold back money for issues that were there on the entry report. Very disappointing, would not recommend this terrible organisation. If you have an investment property take it elsewhere. (As I can not reply, this review was from December 2025 onwards. The previous agency was great. Dealt with Victoria, very poor. Did not deal with major issues with the property. Would not recommend. There are many better agents out there that care and are not just money grabbing leaches.
Terrible agents. Very unethical and will purposely make life difficult. Take your investment properties anywhere else!
