Unhappy tenant. Over three months into tenancy of a wonderful property and I live with a pool that looks like a swamp and a garden that looks like a jungle. Over two months to get a working oven. Agent deflects responsibility by claiming ‘these matters are being handled’…..by contractors that are clearly not up to scratch. Agency refused a request to visit the site and see issues for themselves. Next step is RTA simply because this agency has failed to support tenants in enjoying a beautiful home.
