I can’t recommend our property manager, Sagar from Belle Property, enough! He has been the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with. Throughout my tenancy, he has always been incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. His communication is excellent, with prompt responses to any questions or maintenance requests, and he always made the process feel easy. Sagar at Belle Property was the leasing agent for a property I resided in. Prior to working with Sagar, my leasing agent was based in Potts Point, and the difference was noticeable — Sagar was far more attentive and responsive to any questions or requests than my previous agent. He was incredibly professional and courteous throughout. If I have any leasing needs in the future, I will definitely use Sagar and Belle Property again!
Daniel is a great agent if you need to sell asap and not too fussed about the price you’ll receive. Anything further…can’t comment.
