Writing bag reviews can be challenging, but perhaps after reading this, the individual will display some empathy or courage to respond to emails, answer calls, or initiate communication after inspection. Never return phone calls. The organise inspections and don't turn up, there is 30 or 40 people waiting and eventually cancelled with out notification.
We’ve been renting through Belle Property for over a year and basic issues like a broken stove and door handles still haven’t been fixed. We’ve raised this so many times and even had maintenance come out, only for them to say they’ll be back “next week” and then they never come again. It’s honestly exhausting having to keep chasing the same problems while paying rent on time. This shouldn’t take over a year. Really disappointed with the lack of care and follow through.
