Worst service ever – Although the hotel looks fine/nice, that's where it stops. The service there is horrendous. The front desk rarely answers the phone and if they do its after multiple rings. Once you get someone, they actually put you on hold. I had to wait 10 mins before I could tell someone I would be a late check-in. Rent a car! The hotel has no transportation abilities.
