I have been getting Nan nails for a year my place I normally go wasn't open so I decided to go to this place after 1 week 2 of my nails were chipped and looked horrible I went back in for them to fix and they are rude including owner they don't even do the nails right
Had prices posted for what we asked for, and after an hr we verified the price only to be told they didn't know about the sign it would be $25 more. After a lot of loud arguing amongst themselves we were told we could leave mid mani. What a joke! Maybe they don't understand the concept that it is an honor when that customer chooses you and walks in your door. Deceitful, arrogant and I don't want my hard earned $ going to them.
Come in to get a pedicure and yes I expect to wait because of the people here ahead of me but to take someone who came in behind me and continue to make me wait is some BS!!!!!!!
I love this place. I've been coming here for years and I recommend them highly. They are clean and organized and do an amazing pedicure.
