After years of not taking to much initiative to worry about my nails, I recently took my daughter n law for her first time to get a mani/pedi. After meeting Sally and seeing how clean and nice it was, I decided to go back. I love the dip powder! I work in the medical field during the day and waitress at night. The dip powder keeps my nails strong and looking great for at least 3-4 weeks. Yes, they grow out and need to be kept up with but, in my opinion it's worth it. Sally is great and I will continue to go back.
I have been a customer of Belle Nails since they opened and have had not anything but great experiences. Over the past 6 months I've noticed that I've had to wait longer and longer to get seated even when I had appointments. If my appointment was scheduled for 4:30, I wouldn't been seen until 5:00. Today I went to get a gel manicure and got to the salon at 6:00. After waiting over a half hour I was asked to come back later, because I would be waiting an additional 20-25 minutes. Nice clean place. the two male manicurists i had do my fills here did a good job, and the nails lasted until they grew out and i had to get a refill. My daughter had gel polish by the girl up front to the left and it did not last as long as usual either.
We apologize on behalf of the salon for your experience with Belle Nail Lounge. We would have fixed the problem if you had addressed us immediately. We stand by our work and would hope you will give us another chance.
first time I went, my gel manicure was great lasted a month without chipping. I went to get another gel manicure this pass weekend, I had the snobby girl whose desk is on the left. she had no interest in doing my manicure and she TOTALLY half a**ed it. my gel manicure which isnt suppose to chip started chipping the next day! She should of took her time it's her job. I will not recommend this place to anyone anymore.
