Today was my first time at Belle Nails. Kenny, who works there, was my nail person 7 years ago from the time that I was 17 until I was 22. I was extremely disappointed when the establishment he worked at then, informed me that he was no longer there. I've never stopped bragging about his work, and I haven't been able to find a choice nail person ever since.
