Tess is horrible. So I came here for the first time based on the raving reviews for Tess- it was a mistake... not only is the color way off, but the cut is horrible as well (and all I asked for was a trim.) The worse part of the entire experience is when I tried to explain to her what I didn't like about it, and she got defensive and argued with me instead of offering to fix it.
